- Paid, full-time training — no previous aviation experience needed. Students earn between $56,899–$59,550 annually and may be eligible for relocation supports. Total training time ranges from 12–27 months depending on posting location.
- Stable, well-paying careers with long-term potential. Graduates start with base salaries between $101,221–$139,333 in their first year, plus applicable premiums, with opportunities to move into training, management, or corporate roles.
- Work that matters. NAV CANADA is a private not-for-profit with over 100 staffed sites nationwide. You’ll help keep Canada’s skies safe while supporting communities coast to coast to coast.
